PASADENA, CALIFORNIA – Insignia PMG represented Doctors Medical Center in consummating a lease with The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation for a new state-of-the-art facility in Whittier, California. Located at 8135 South Painter Avenue, The Oncology Institute for Hope and Innovation will utilize approximately 7,000 square feet of ground floor space.
About The Doctors Medical Center
The Doctors Medical Center is a three-story, modern medical building located across the tree-lined street from the Whittier Chamber of Commerce. Aptly named the “Blue Whale”, this building’s distinguishable blue awning, brilliantly reflective glass windows and exterior alucobond panels attribute to its sleek, exterior design.
